Booking & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MyBirBilling for your paragliding adventure! We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent booking experience. Please read our policies carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Process

You can book your paragliding slot through the following methods:

• Online Booking: Visit our website, select your desired package, and complete the payment process.
• Phone/WhatsApp: Contact us at +91 97366 96260 to confirm your slot.

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the advance or full payment. You will receive a confirmation email and message from our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our operational team.

• Cancellation 7 days before the booking date: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 3 to 7 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 3 days (72 hours) before: No refund will be provided.

3. Weather Conditions

Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. Your safety is our utmost priority. If the flight is cancelled by our team due to bad weather or other safety reasons:

• We will try to reschedule your flight for the next available time slot.
• If you cannot reschedule, you will receive a 100% refund for the paragliding portion of your booking.

4. Participant Requirements

For your safety, all participants must meet the following criteria:

• Age Limit: Must be 12 years or older. Minors require parental consent.
• Weight Limit: Between 30 kg and 90 kg. This may vary depending on weather conditions.
• Health: Participants must not have serious medical conditions like heart problems, epilepsy, or recent major surgery.
