Safety Guidelines
Your safety is our priority. Please read these guidelines carefully.
1. Our Unwavering Commitment to Safety
Welcome to MyBirBilling! Paragliding is an exhilarating adventure, and our mission is to provide this experience in the safest possible environment. These guidelines are essential for a smooth, enjoyable, and secure flight.
Your pilot is in command of the flight. It is crucial that you listen to and follow all of their instructions at all times.
2. Health & Fitness Requirements
To ensure your safety and comfort, certain physical conditions must be met:
- Weight Limit: Tandem paragliding has a weight limit of 25 kg to 90 kg. This is for aerodynamic safety and cannot be negotiated.
- Physical Fitness: You should be able to walk and run for a few steps during the takeoff phase.
- Medical Conditions: You must inform our team beforehand if you have any serious medical conditions (e.g., heart problems, epilepsy, recent surgeries, high blood pressure) or are pregnant. Please consult your doctor before booking.
3. Preparing for Your Flight
What to Wear & Bring (Do's)
- Sturdy Shoes: Sports or trekking shoes are mandatory.
- Comfortable Clothes: Wear a t-shirt and full-length pants. A jacket is recommended.
- Sun Protection: Sunglasses and sunscreen.
What to Avoid (Don'ts)
- Footwear: Do not wear slippers, sandals, or high heels.
- Clothing: Avoid skirts, sarees, or loose clothing.
- Alcohol/Drugs: Flying under the influence is strictly prohibited.
4. During the Flight
Your main job is to relax and enjoy the incredible views! Just remember these key points:
- Listen Carefully: Pay close attention to the pre-flight briefing. This is the most important step for your safety.
- Stay Seated: Remain comfortably seated in your harness. Do not attempt to adjust any straps or equipment.
- Landing Position: Before landing, your pilot will instruct you to lift your legs. Follow this instruction precisely for a soft and safe landing.
- Communicate: If you feel nauseous or uncomfortable, inform your pilot immediately. They can adjust for a gentler ride.
